What brands do you carry?
We specialize in premium beauty brands including Bareminerals (foundations), MAC (highlighters), and Shiseido (primers). Our carefully curated selection focuses on high-quality products that help you achieve that perfect glow.
Are your products authentic?
Absolutely! We source all our products directly from authorized distributors or the brands themselves. Your beauty treasures are 100% authentic and fresh.
Do you offer samples or testers?
Currently we don’t offer individual samples, but we occasionally include complimentary samples with larger orders. Follow us on social media for sample promotions!
Ordering & Account
How do I create an account?
Simply click “Sign Up” during checkout or from the menu. Having an account lets you track orders, save favorites, and check out faster next time.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Click “Forgot Password” on the login page and enter your email. We’ll send you a link to create a new password and get back to glowing.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get them to you ASAP! If you need to modify or cancel, please email [email protected] immediately with your order number. We’ll do our best if it hasn’t entered processing.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide with reliable carriers! However, due to customs restrictions, we currently cannot ship to some Asian countries and remote regions. Contact us about your specific location.
What are my shipping options?
🚀 Express Shipping ($12.95 flat rate): 10-15 business days via DHL/FedEx – perfect for beauty emergencies!
🎁 Free Standard Shipping: 15-25 business days via EMS for orders over $50 – ideal for building your collection.
All orders take 1-2 business days to process before shipping.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive tracking information via email as soon as your package leaves our Vermont headquarters. Click the tracking number to follow your beauty’s journey to your doorstep!
What if my package is lost or damaged?
While we carefully package all items, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of any damage. For lost packages, we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal for secure, convenient checkout.
Is my payment information secure?

Why was my payment declined?

Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the delivery date. Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging. Please email [email protected] to initiate a return.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
Do you offer exchanges?
Currently we only process returns for refunds. For a different product, please place a new order after receiving your refund.
