All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from our Vermont facility.

Shipping Options

We offer two convenient shipping methods to serve our global customers (excluding Asia and select remote areas):

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your premium cosmetics as much as we do. If a shade or formula doesn’t work for you, our straightforward return process ensures your beauty experience remains perfect.

  • Condition: Unused products in original packaging only

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the highest hygiene standards for our beauty community, we cannot accept returns of:

Note: Primer may be returned if unopened and in original packaging.

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions

Within 24 hours (excluding weekends), our customer care team will email you:

  • Return authorization number
  • Prepaid return shipping label (for US customers)
  • International return address (for non-US customers)

Step 3: Package & Ship

Please ensure:

  • All items are in original, unopened packaging
  • Include the original packing slip
  • Securely package to prevent damage
  • Affix the provided return label (or include our return address for international)

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once received at our Hartland facility:

  • We inspect items within 2 business days
  • Issue refund to original payment method (5-7 business days to process)
  • For exchanges: Ship replacement immediately via your preferred shipping method

Refund Details

Your refund will be processed to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

International Returns
