• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: We currently do not ship to Asia or select remote areas. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.

6. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your premium cosmetics. You may return unused products in original packaging within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

• Opened makeup products
• Used beauty tools
• Personalized items

Exception: Unopened primer in original packaging may be returned.
